About Me

I am an experienced Hypnotherapist, Regression and Past Life Regression Specialist, and Intuitive Healer, blending traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic and spiritual insights. With two years of counselling training backed by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and having completed my hypnotherapy training with Life Clinics in Faversham. I bring a deep understanding of emotional well-being, trauma healing, and the subconscious mind to my practice. Feeling the need to expand my knowledge in order to understand and work intensively with the psyche I undertook additional training with renowned Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Expert, Steve Burgess; setting me on the path to specialise in regression, and in doing so was handpicked to be a member of his Therapy Team.

My work integrates Hypnotherapy, Past Life and Regression Therapy, PARTS Therapy, TFT (Thought Field Therapy), NLP Techniques, Healing the Inner Child and Spiritual Hypnosis offering a tailored approach to healing. As an accredited psychic and medium, I also incorporate intuitive guidance where needed, helping clients connect with their inner wisdom and higher self.

My passion for Past Life Regression stems from recognising how powerful a therapy it is, in bringing about  therapeutic healing and change effectively and quickly; working with the subconscious mind to find the root of the problem and release the emotions connected to it to facilitate a life changing internal shift. Having worked in over 25 countries with a wide range of cases, the clients that I attract are usually ones that need a Therapist who has a greater understanding of esoteric and metaphysical practices as well as spirit attachments (which there has been an increase in). Working intuitively, I am able to pick up on energy imbalances, which enables me to facilitate sessions whereby the work is very cutting edge. There is an awe and respect for regression therapy as it delves into the hidden recesses of our subconscious and lifts the veil to let the light in, bringing relief.

I bring to the table philosophical views, the ability to connect energetically to clients during a session, deep empathic understanding of the human psyche and a range of life experiences.  I offer an experience that takes into account difference and diversity, coming from a Mediterranean background and originally from London. 

Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, extensive training and life experiences I support individuals in breaking free from limiting patterns, overcoming emotional blocks, and stepping into empowerment and clarity.

I hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, ensuring a safe and professional practice. I have full professional indemnity insurance. 

From a young age, Filiz felt like she was trying to fit into a world that didn’t quite feel like her own. She learned early on how to navigate the expectations placed upon her, even when they came at the cost of her own freedom. 

As a teenager, she was led into a life that separated her from her family, leaving behind a heartbroken mother. For years, she lived under the weight of someone else’s control, feeling lost, questioning how she had arrived at that point. But even in her lowest moments, she held onto hope—the quiet belief that her life was meant for more. 

Eventually, she found the strength to reclaim her future and, in time, was reunited with her mother. The heartbreak of losing her when she passed away was profound, but Filiz carried forward the love and resilience that had always been there between them. 

Determined to rebuild her life, she worked in childcare, during this period she also successfully passed 3 OFSTED inspections, two of which while in a senior role. However, there was a quiet unrest within which pushed Filiz to pursue a career in healing which saw her start her training to become a person-centred counsellor.  However, it was was her fascination with the subconscious mind and the limitless possibilities that ultimately drew her to her calling, hypnotherapy  Her passion for past life regression and regression therapy going hand in hand with her spiritual side and beliefs.  During this time Filiz also started attending spiritual development circle to grow and expand her psychic and mediumship gifts. 

Now, as an accredited Hypnotherapist and past-life regression specialist with several years of experience, Filiz has helped many clients find clarity, healing, and transformation. Known for her deep compassion and intuitive insights, she has received outstanding feedback for her work. 

She also performs blessings and spiritual cleansing using the power of Islamic prayer to bring about powerful shifts. This is carried out online and in person for all faiths, using frankincense, myrrh and sandalwood. 

Today, Filiz has relocated from North London to Kent and enjoys the beauty of the countryside and the strong connections within her community. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience, transformation, and the ability to create a life filled with love and purpose.
